This card holder is made from Kurume Kasuri, a traditional Japanese textile woven for over 220 years in the Chikugo region of Fukuoka.
Inspired by the subtle pattern misalignments that naturally occur during the weaving process, the original pattern “Optical Illusion Ikat” was designed.
A small piece of Kurume Kasuri that adds color and character to your everyday essentials.
